Refund policy

At Color Gamut Consulting, we believe in doing things the right way—even when things don’t go as planned. Because every situation is different, all returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We do not offer a one-size-fits-all return policy because our products and services vary—from digital downloads and ICC profiling to physical goods and on-site consulting. However, our commitment remains the same:

We will do everything we can to make it right.

Here’s How It Works:

  • If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product or service.
  • Email us at colorgamutconsulting@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any supporting information or images.
  • We’ll review your case and work with you to determine the best resolution. This could include:
    • A partial or full refund
    • A reissue of a digital product or download
    • A replacement or correction of a physical order
    • Additional support or service time to make things right

Important Notes:

  • Due to the nature of custom services, digital products, and consulting, some purchases may not be eligible for a refund—but that doesn’t mean we won’t work with you to find a solution.
  • Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
